Each product purchased is sold subject to its Product Description. We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. Rachel Powell reserves the right to change product descriptions at any time.
We believe that by placing an order through this website that you agree to our terms and conditions.
All of the designs and elements within the designs are ©Rachel Powell 2012. All rights reserved. All copyright, design rights and intellectual property rights existing in our designs and products and in the images and will remain the property of Rachel Powell.
Re production of any part of the Rachel Powell website for any purpose except the purpose of ordering is strictly prohibited.
You may not copy, modify, reproduce, distribute, publish, download, display, transfer, license, sell, create derivative works from, post or transmit any content of this website in any form or by any means.
Wallpaper is screen printed to order, please allow 4 weeks for delivery.
Due to the nature of screen-printing, colour or pattern defects can happen during manufacture. These are usually very discreet but should you be dissatisfied please contact us.
Please be aware that slight colour variations may occur between samples provided and actual products purchased due to differing product batches. Rachel Powell cannot accept responsibility for any such colour variations.
Our prints are screen printed by hand to order, please allow 3-5 working days for delivery.
Due to the nature of screen-printing, small defects can appear in the print, no 2 prints are the ever identical, however if you are dissatisfied please let us know.Stock availability
Our products are made to order to please take note of the turn around time stated under the product description.
We do sometimes hold a small amount of stock so feel free to email us at email@example.com.
Wallpaper and Lighting are delivered via courier; unless otherwise stated. Please make sure that somebody is available to sign for the delivery. In the event that delivery is attempted twice and the parcel comes back to us a charge of £10 for re delivery is payable before it is dispatched again.
Small items such as Tea Towels are sent via Royal Mail
We currently ship within the UK and EU. Shipping within the UK is free, shipping to EU countries is charged depending on the size of the order; for small orders it is between £1.20 and £5.00 via Airmail and for wallpaper orders it is £18.00 - £25.00 via Courier. Please note that delivery times vary on wallpaper orders as it is made to order, an email will be sent upon receipt of of order to inform you of a delivery time. Payment is through PayPal; we do accept cheque and payment by BACS. Payment must be cleared before any order can be sent. Please email us to enquire about Cheque and BACS payment at firstname.lastname@example.org or call 01959 570597 during working hours.
Returns & Refunds Procedure
All of our products are made to order, we only accept returns if the product is faulty. Cost of return postage will be refunded to you upon receipt of goods; we accept no responsibility for goods that are returned that have been damaged in transit, so please ensure use of adequate packaging.
We strongly advise, where possible that you request samples prior to ordering.
We want you to be happy with your order so please contact us should there be any discrepancies.
